Paul Saddington

Group Partner

Paul is the oldest son of David and has worked for DSM from an early age, enjoying part time employment while still at school. Now responsible for the day to day activities at DSM.

Nigel Saddington

Group Partner

Nigel the youngest of two sons, began working at DSM after finishing School in 1996. After many years experience Nigel has the technical knowledge to answer all your rope related questions.

David Saddington

Group Partner

David, founded DSM in 1981 having worked his whole life in the trade. David is now semi-retired and helps out when required.

Sandy Owen

Group Accountant

Sandy joined us in 2020. He is the DSM Group Accountant, responsible for all financial aspects of DSM.

Dawn Selway

Accounts Assistant

Dawn has been with DSM Group for many years and assists Sandy with the day to day accounts.

Mark Rowe

Kingfisher Yacht Ropes Sales

Mark is responsible for Kingfisher Sales throughout the south coast of the UK and Channel Islands. Mark has over 25 years experience of sailing ropes.

Paul Barker

Kingfisher Yacht Ropes Sales

Paul runs our northern sales van, and covers the North of the UK and Ireland. Paul has over 30 years experience in the trade and has been with DSM for over 20 years.

Omi Sjollema

Kingfisher Yacht Ropes Sales

Omi runs our East Coast sales van as well as regular trips along the South Coast from Kent to Devon. He is a keen sailor with over 20 years in the marine industry.

Malcolm Race

Kingfisher Yacht Ropes Sales

Malcolm runs our fourth sales van and covers South Wales, Southern Ireland and Yorkshire. Malcolm has been with DSM Group for 25 years and started as our general manager, now semi-retired Kingfisher sales is his main role.

Julian Anderson

Projects Sales

Julian has been involved in selling ropes now for over 50 years and still has a passion for the products. Julian who is now semi-retired still looks after certain projects for DSM.

Amy Dennison

Customer Services

Amy is responsible for customer services at DSM Group, Amy will likely be the first person you would speak with when phoning DSM. Amy works closely with our dispatch team making sure we are efficient in dispatching daily orders.

Chris Kershaw

Dispatch Manager

Chris having a background in logistics for large international courier companies, is now responsible for the daily dispatches from DSM Group, managing our team in order to provide our excellent efficient service.

Lisa Hutchinson

Marketing

Lisa joined DSM Group in 2022 and is responsible for the marketing here. She also helps in the sales office during the busy summer months. Lisa is the main point of contact for all sponsored sailors.
